We take care that the descriptions, dimensions, materials and photographs on this website are accurate. Natural materials such as solid teak and leather vary in grain, colour and texture from piece to piece, and dimensions may vary slightly. Specifications, finishes and availability are confirmed in writing in our quotation or order confirmation, which prevail over the website.

Requests sent through the website — including order requests for meinhardt pieces — are enquiries, not purchases. No payment is taken online. A contract exists only once we have issued a written quotation or order confirmation and you have accepted it; its own terms then apply.

The website and everything on it — the Home Furniture and meinhardt names and marks, product designs, photography, illustrations and text — belong to Home Furniture or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own project or evaluation; any other copying or reuse requires our written permission.

When you send drawings, specifications or other documents, you confirm that you are entitled to share them. We use them only to work on your request and treat them as confidential.

The website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from its use, or from temporary unavailability of the site.
